What payment methods do you offer?
We use Klarna and can offer their entire range which includes cards, invoice, part payment and internet payment.

How do I choose the right size?
Click on our "size guide" which you will find under each product page. There we specify the dimensions for each size and have a measuring tape that you can print and use to find out which size you have and which size is best for you.

Leather products
Our leather products are handcrafted and each batch come from different hides. Due to the nature of leather, color may vary. Variations in color, grain, or texture and natural markings are not considered defects.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Sometimes the order confirmation can end up in the junk mail, please look there. If you have not received an order confirmation within 20 minutes, you can contact us at help@get-armd.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

How do I change or close an order, can I do it after delivery confirmation?
We fully understand that you regret it. Write to us as soon asap so that we can cancel the order before the product is shipped. You can reach us at help@get-armd.com

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship all goods within 24 hours on weekdays and next weekday on weekends. The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Standard shipping is delivered within 5-6 working days.

I haven't collected my package, what should I do now?
If you have not retrieved your parcel in due time, the package will be returned to us. Contact us as soon as possible at help@get-armd.com and we will assist you.

What do you have for return and exchange policy?
We give you 60 days for returns and exchanges. Contact us and we will help you with a new product and / or refund.
